Founded in 1947 by Luigi Prando, Operval began as a small workshop in Aosta, specialising in the repair of bicycles and motorbikes. Over the years, under the leadership of Antonio Prando and his wife Luciana, the company broadened its horizons to include the repair of cars and agricultural vehicles, and evolved into a leading name in the earthmoving sector.<\/p>\n
In 1975, with the move to its current premises in Via Carlo Alberto della Chiesa in Aosta and the change of name to Operval, the company began to make its mark in the sector. The third generation, represented by Andrea and Lorenzo Prando, brought significant innovation, focusing on the development of radio-controlled earthmoving machinery, combining tradition and advanced technology.<\/p>\n
2016 marked a historic moment for Operval with the unveiling of the first radio-controlled dumper, the PL10, at Bauma, the world's largest construction trade fair. This success was followed by the creation of other revolutionary machines such as the P14 radio-controlled dumper, the P08 radio-controlled mini dumper, and the ST25 Tunnel Dumper, specifically designed for tunnels and utility trenches. These products showcased Operval's commitment to creating innovative earthmoving solutions, with a particular focus on radio-controlled dumpers and mini dumpers.<\/p>\n
With three registered patents and a strong emphasis on tailoring designs to meet specific customer needs, Operval has established itself as a leader in the construction equipment sector. Its participation in Unacea and Confindustria reflects its commitment to innovation and quality.<\/p>\n
